Use the form below to report a mistake on UKpedia24, ask a question about the site, or make a privacy request. Your message goes privately to the site administrator and is never published. We cannot answer questions about your own visa or immigration case.
What to include in a correction
A good report lets us check the problem quickly:
- The page link. Paste the address from your browser into the “Page URL” field.
- The exact point. Quote the sentence, fee or date you think is wrong.
- The source. If you can, add a link to the official page, such as GOV.UK, the NHS or your council, that shows the correct information.
We check every report against the official source and correct confirmed errors. Our editorial policy explains how.
An example of a clear report
Instead of “the schools page is out of date”, write: “On the schools page, the secondary application deadline in the table differs from this GOV.UK page”, and add the link. If the Arabic and English versions of a page disagree, mention both, as we correct them together. For a tool result, give the values you entered, the result you got and the result you expected, without personal details.

Keep sensitive details out of your message
Do not send passport or visa numbers, share codes, medical details, bank details or copies of documents. We do not need them to correct a page, and we never ask for them. Apart from a scrambled version of your IP address, used for one hour to stop spam, the form collects only what you type in it. The name, email and page fields are optional.
Getting a reply
If you want an answer, add your email address. Without it we can still fix the page, but we cannot write back. After you send the form, it shows a reference number. Keep it if you want to follow up. The form limits how many messages can be sent in a short time to stop spam. If sending fails, reload the page and try again later.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, start your message with “Privacy request” and include the email address the request relates to. The privacy policy explains your rights and how to complain to the ICO.
